SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
BELGRADE :GRAND INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
The following sponsorship levels are based on other international film festival. The proposed levels are suggested as guidelines only. It is the recommendation of the management team that as sponsors negotiate other benefits with the sponsorship sales team that discussion take place to enable the sales turn as many options as possible to close the sale. Sponsorships are quoted in USD funds. The exchange to Euro or the designated funds for Belgrade is recommended.

1. Title Sponsor

The Title Sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to be associated with one of the
most innovative film events in the world. The Belgrade International Film Festival Presented
by (name of company). In print, the Title Sponsor’s name and logo will also be further
identified with the film event. This exclusive level of sponsorship represents a huge and
incredibly cost effective opportunity to promote a company on a local, national and
international level, at a fraction of the financial outlay normally associated with such
marketing campaigns. In addition the lively environment of the film event itself provides a
unique opportunity to interact with hard- to-reach potential clients about the sponsor’s
message and product.

Sponsorship: $1,000.000.00 (Only 1 Title Sponsor or Presenting Sponsor)
Deposit payment (5%) due upon the agreement
Proposed date is September 1, 2010 - $50,000.00
Other payments due:
a) Payment #2 January 1, 2011 - $250,000.00
b) Payment #3 April 1, 2011 - $250,000.00
c) Payment #4 July 1,2011 - $250,000.00
d) Payment #5 September 1,2011 - $150,000.00
e) Payment #6 after Craig Prater Productions, Inc.submits a post event report - $50,000.00
Total paid: - $1,000,000.00

Benefits:

a)  Company name in the title “Belgrade Grad International Film Festival Presented by (name of company. Reference of the Belgrade event will always have “Presented by (name).”
b)  An exclusive press release to the international market announcing the new title sponsor. This includes print and electronic media. The announcement starts upon completion of the title sponsorship agreement.
c)  Title sponsor may have options (right of first refusal) for subsequent years.
d)  Title sponsor must have the prior approval of the Film Festival Committee.
e)  Twenty (20) ticket to the Opening Night Premiere & Reception.
t)  Twenty (20) tickets to the Closing Night Premiere & Reception.
g)  Twenty (20) All Access Passes to all screenings, all press conferences9 all special events, access to the private hospitality and press rooms with the celebrity guests and international media.
h)  Two (2) First Class air tickets from point of origin (sponsors country) to Belgrade to be paid by Belgrade International Film Festival
i)  Five-star accommodations at one or the film festivals sponsoring hotels.
j)  Private reception with celebrity guests attending the film festival (Title sponsor and celebrities only). Only one official photograph will be permitted.
k) Recognition and acknowledgement at each special event (Opening, Closing, Premieres, etc.)
I)  Exclusive interviews set up by Publicity Agency between the Title sponsor and media covering the event.
m)  Production of a 30-second video to be screened before each film screening.
2.  Premiere Screening Sponsors ($50,000.00) Eight (8) sponsorships available. One per premiere.

A maximum number of eight (8) Premiere Screening Sponsors will be positioned in the
following way: “Tonight’s premiere screening of “name of film” is sponsored by XYZ
Company”. The company’s logo will be printed with all press releases, web sites, publicity
material promoting the designated premiere screening to which the sponsor is assigned.
Interviews will be set up with the Premiere Screening Sponsors to maximize their exposure
and promote their company, their agency and sponsorship interests. Premiere Screening
Sponsors will receive the following benefits.

Sponsorship: $50,000.00 Payable in fill upon signing the sponsorship agreement. Must be paid in full 60 days prior to opening of the event.
Benefits:

* All publicity material: press releases, press conferences, all signage, web sites which cover the Premiere Screening in which the sponsor is assigned.
* Acknowledgement at the Premiere Screening.
* Photo opportunities with the attending filmmakers (actors, directors, cinematographers) from the Premiere Screening.
* Publicity/advertisements in the official program and film guide.
* Twenty (20) All Access Passes to the Premiere Screening assigned to the sponsor.
* Four (4) tickets to the Opening Night Premiere & Reception.
* Four (4) tickets to the Closing Night Premiere & Reception.
* Exclusive interviews set up by Publicity Agency between the sponsor and media outlets.
3. Opening Night Premiere & Reception

The exclusive (one only) Opening Night Premiere & Reception sponsor will have the
opportunity to share the spotlight all by themselves. All press releases leading up to the
event will highlight this sponsor. On the night of the event, this sponsor will be introduced
to the audience during the opening night ceremonies and photo opportunities will give the
sponsor additional exposure in the local and international press. The Opening Night
sponsor will be listed on all international internet sites and will be highlighted in the official
program and film guide for the event. The Opening Night Premiere & Reception sponsor will
receive the following benefits.

Sponsorship: $75,000.00 (USD) Payable in fill upon signing the sponsorship agreement. Must be paid in full 60 days prior to opening of the event.
Benefits:
* Exclusive (One sponsor only)
* Introduction at opening night
* All print media
* All internet sites
* Photo opportunities with actors, director, cinematographer from the opening night film.
* Official Program and film guide exposure (Full page advertisement in the official film guide)
* Press release announcement as the exclusive sponsor for opening night.
* 20 tickets to the Opening Night Premiere & Reception (reserved seating)
4. Closing Night Premiere & Reception

The exclusive (one only) Closing Night Premiere & Reception sponsor will have the
opportunity to share the spotlight all by themselves. All press releases leading up to the
event will highlight this sponsor. On the night of the event, this sponsor will be introduced
to the audience during the closing night ceremonies. Photo opportunities will give the
sponsor additional exposure in the local and international press. The Closing Night sponsor
will be listed on all international internet sites and will be highlighted in the official program
and film guide for the event, The Closing Night Premiere & Reception will receive the
following benefits.

Sponsorship: $75,000 (USD) Payable in full upon signing the sponsorship agreement. Must be paid in full 60 days prior to opening of the event.

* Introduction at closing night event

* All internet sites
* Photo opportunities with actors, director, cinematographer from the opening night film.
* Official Program and film guide exposure (Full page advertisement in the official film guide)
* Press release announcement as the exclusive sponsor for opening night.
* 20 tickets to the Opening Night Premiere & Reception (reserved seating)
5.  Press Room Sponsorship

This exclusive sponsor (1 only) will receive maximum exposure due to the very presence of the name “Press Room”. This location will be the sole location for all press conferences and interviews during the event. Photo opportunities are all hosted in this area. The Press Room Sponsor will have their name in all photos taken, all press releases and will be highly visible to those in the press room on a daily basis. This is the area for all attending reporters and journalists.

Sponsorship: $50,000.00 (USD) Payable in full upon signing the sponsorship agreement. Must be paid in full 60 days prior to opening of the event.

6. Hospitality Room Sponsorship

This is the private area allocated exclusively for the special guests attending the private
screenings, filmmakers (actors, directors, cinematographers) and the press. The hospitality
room sponsor donates the coffee, tea, sodas and snacks during the event (2 days; 2
evenings). An estimated 150 people will have access to the room during the event.
